At Brien Factory Center, we have one goal: Happy Customers. To make our customers happy, we decided we were going to sell vehicles in a way that reflects respect and care.

We asked, and people told us what they wanted when buying a vehicle. An end to the days of a stressful buying process, inflated second stickers, and the hassles that go along with buying at most dealerships. We found that most people buying cars these days dislike the negotiating process. People feel it's time consuming and stressful. We took steps to eliminate that process entirely.

The first step we took was to take the sales staff and put them on salary, not commission. That way we are able to help you find the car that best suits your needs. We are also a one price store. The way we arrive at our prices is by researching the average prices that cars sell for in our market area (not the retail price, but the price paid after hours of negotiating). We then discount our price from that average market price. Our best price is on the window of every car, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our customers can shop at anytime they'd like, even when we're closed.

We feel this is the only fair way to do business and it allows you to get a great car at a great price, in a stress-free environment.
